2876 shouldn't have any issues making 400 on an 86ar housing. They make a bottom mount 3071 in a T2 housing that I'd use if starting from scratch, though.

Im pretty sure there is enough room, I peeked around a bit, heck worst case you could put a 90* right off the flange and locate the wastegate where you want.

The nice thing about it is that im pretty sure it doesnt require the cut down wheel, I believe the 3071 and 3076 come with the 60mm exhaust whee, and the 2876 and 3071 with the T2x flange have that wheel cut down to a smaller size to accomodate the T2x housing.
