If the guy has a weapon He already made his choice to kill the cop. I highly doubt the criminal is thinking let me stab him 5 times on the leg and arms to escape.... or let me run him over on his right leg and not kill him so I can escape.. I think you have missunderstood me. I beleive the police were right in shooting marquell. if the story is as told. the part of the article I found interesting though was that the onboard cameras mysteriously werent working.
