My whole unit was nothing but Law Enforcement with a couple of other non law enforcement personal. No cop is trained to shot someone in the arm or leg. We are all trained to shoot Center mass. Whoever said we are trained to shoot in the leg or arm is wrong. This isnt the movies. This is real life.
