Several years ago Cops raided a building. I forgot why. I think it was drug related. They told everybody to stop moving and to drop everything in there hands. Do you think the cops were justified in doing so ??
imo non lethal force could have been used. such as a shot into his arm or leg. this is what cops are trained to do. sadly, they shoot to kill most of the time.
