Maybe for those running a t2/30r or something may see a gain from it. But for the guys running t25/28s and just wanting a nicer looking manifold, I say go CXr/ISIS. Ive heard good stuff about both.
I'd just have enough sense to stay with the stock one.
Oh and if you want nice looking, have it ceramic coated. Stock with no cracks and stupid relocated shit, which fits with the oem catch can, and everything not hacked the phuckup looks far better than some chinamanifold hanging off the side of your engine.
