PS. If anyone who has expierence with rebuilding Honda motors has insight, or helpful tips, I'd more then like to hear them.

label all the bolts/ or put them into seperate bags, to ease the installation(what i didnt do and it sucks hunting for bolts). also take your time during the ressembly part, double check all the bolts, etc... and replace eveything like water pump, oil pump(or feeler guage it), main bearing, rod bearings, rings, gaskets and seals(like the rear main seal) etc...and lots of assembly lube..
