Pretty sure if you got them between the eyes it would be ok if you knew they were gone after that. And the unarmed thing. They dont have to be armed, you went out there the see what the comotion* was and saw him, confronted him, and he tried to attack you and take your gun... Pretty good explaination on life being in danger. Dont think there is a rule on shot fired number... Just no back shots, and life in danger. Believe me, its alot diff, when the gun is in your hand and you are face to face with the person.
