Thats just it....they haven't passed any legislation that deals with what I've spoken about. The medicaid system is out of control and the checks and balances that are suppose to be in place do nothing but hurt the welbeing of medicaid users. This is why I believe the federally run healthcare program will be a cluster fuck. The feds have a great way of taken a "well meaning" policy and totally fuck it up.
