I hate to be the black sheep of the forum, as usual, but you people DO realize Australia has a partially socialized healthcare system that blows ours out of the water and has worked for a long time now, right?

I mean, I'm not saying the bill they just passed has any semblance of something as good as their system, but just saying...you die hard conservatives who want to keep all your money haven't considered the fact that a dual tiered healthcare system, when executed properly, would actually cost you less than what you have to shell out indirectly right now.
