Waste of time and money. Save up for whichever swap you want to do.
D15B VTEC heads are not common to come by, if your dead set on swapping a VTEC head on there, use a Z6 head, and a p28 ECU, however, you will not be able to use the redline of the p28 because your bottom end is not made for it. You also don't have a VTEC oil pump... there's really a lot you have to do to get a non-vtec motor ready for VTEC, and it's best to save the money for a more power-based motor.
