im almost positive ITR and B16 are damn near identical, except for the swirl polishing and a slight very slight differencein intake manifold, but realistically they are the same, they flow the same........i am speakingin terms of the head not the cams. if you use type r cams in a B16 head you should have the same thing, then when you have some cash get a skunk 2 manifold, but out of the vtec series heads, GSRs flow the least
