They'll send it, "Pay it or we're fining you, and don't give a flying fuck if you received it or not." And somehow everyone else is letting this shit pass. People should be camped out around them with 22s popping the fucking cameras to pieces, or storming the local government buildings demanding their removal. But nope, nothing.
