And it's not just me, I guarantee you.
I'm happy you're having a good year, but maybe you are just doing a really good job or are in a good circumstance or location, and I applaud you for that.........but that doesn't mean our country as a whole is in the same position.
I'm in the mechanic business just like a lot of you guys. I went from close to 80 a year down to 40 and this year I'll break 70 again. And thats having a shitty job at an exhaust shop for a couple months. It seemed like there was more work than can be done and then all of a sudden I had days with nothing . Now its back to having full days of work again. I dont believe in coincidence. I just look at it like this , under bush the real estate and investment industries ran wild doing what they want and then it bit us all in the ass , now Obama is in and it seems like it's all getting better. I know the counrty as a whole is still in bad shape , but it s getting better in more places every month. Certain industries are still getting hit hard or just now getting hit , but some are recovering. As far as losing everything , well the " credit boom " got me too. it was my fault , I've since learned not to buy anything I cant pay cash for. My champaign taste is a little more budweiser now but everthing I have is mine
