Default Thinking about a camera upgrade..

If all goes as planned I'm getting back some money that has been owed to me over the course of this year and am looking to upgrade my camera. As most of you know i currently shoot with a Nikon D40, which is a great entry level DSLR, but I feel it is time to upgrade soon while i will have the extra cash to do so. If things go as planned and i get the money back, I plan to sell my D40 with a few extras and put that money with what I receive to get a new camera. I would like a more professional camera that could handle higher ISOs, more FPS, and possibly an internal motor for focusing older lenses. I have done research and came up with 3 cameras that i am contemplating getting and probably going to buy used but in excellent to like new quality from KEH.

I may have to save up a bit extra even after getting paid back and selling my D40 stuff, but it may be worth it.

If I got this i should have some money left over for a new lens and some accessories

What do you think?
