i see your arguement and you do have some good points, but the rotary does have its advantages. for intance, the FIA banned the 26b rotary from the le mans series because of its power to wieght ratio. the 2.6L was classed the same as the 4.7L v8s and so on. and soley because of the wieght advantages, they said no deal.
