ok so i have been working on the car and i messing with the relays, even the
integration relay that controls the retractor for the HL. i'm lead towards the switch like some said above. the funny thing is that the car was sitting for a while so i'm thinking its corrosion in the switch itself is causing this problem. now that i move the switch back and forth for all these days it seem to be making better contact now.

NOW, i have seen another issue! when i turn on the light switch the headlights turns on but the taillights don't. so i checked the brake bulbs and it was missing like 5 bulbs. so i replaced all the bulbs and pressed the brakes and they light up fine(huge fucking smile on my face at that time).....but it still doesn't work when i put just the switch on just the side markers and the headlight comes on! so what do you guys think about the taillights issue now?
