the one that was stuck in gear? Its probably a shift rod moved. If one moves by itself, it's possible to get stuck in or locked out of lots of situations. Put the shifter in neutral, reset all the shift forks to neutral, try to row through the gears.
The shifter can't be moved at all, unless you mean pull everything off then move it.
