I dont care if you sit my ass on a milk crate as long as you have this:

1. Customer Service
2. People who know what they are doing.
3. Paperwork on work that will be performed (along with any warranty/coverage) signed by tech/customer.
4. Customer Service.
5. Dont make it uncomfortable to be in shop because there are a ton of lil-gangsters and friends of techs hanging around all the time causing a rucus (run it like a business not a frat house).
6. Offer free estimates.
7. Customer Service
8. Try and stay open!!
9. Keep in touch with people on there cars and work.
