The F22 is a pretty strong motor actually. One of the guys at our shop has one boosted to about 18lbs and he putting down about 300 to the wheels and has great torque. Its pretty quick ins a 94 accord coupe and I can only imagine how fast it would be in a CRX. He is going to raise the boost but he needs a new boost controller. He just bought another f22 and is planning on building that one up to swap into his current car. The one in the car now is all stock except for the turbo kit and injectors. Anyways, if your going to do the H swap it will be nice. But I would take the F and put it in the CRX and boost it. I believe that you can use stock DSM manifolds on the F. It would make it a pretty cheap option for turboing. Find someone who has upgraded their Evo and buy their old setup. You can use their injectors also.

I've been looking into the F-swap. Seems the tranny is less than ideal and putting in a cable shifter seems like a PITA. And a F2D kit is around $1000. So it's like $1500 to drop it in, stock F22 and D16 tranny. Idk, just exploring my options.
I'd be doing it myself. Build the engine in my dorm (be interesting to explain to my dormmates) and then drive it home and swap it in my dad's garage. Thanks for the offer though.
