Sounds like a wastegate or bov issue. What kind of bov knock off did you get? if you can, take the bov apart and put washers in the spring seat just to see if the leak slows or stops. also, i have seen this issue with internally gated turbos, cheap internal gates are notorious for crazy boost regulation issues. just a heads up tho, when going turbo good quality turbos, wastegates, and bovs are critical to a good running and reliable turbo car.
