Wait....You're "ok" with this arrangement? Dude, they messed up...caused you to spend MORE money, and now basicly you're ending up where you started except nothing is hooked up? PLUS they're charging you for it? Thats a raw deal man. I mean, if they're keeping almost $700, you should be keeping the motor they "installed". They basicly simply tore your car apart, and you paid them to do it. Hell, even I could have done that. I mean, if you're into paying $700 for what they did, I'll remove your seats and only charge you $150. I'll even leave the old seats in there.

You should be getting a FULL refund back. It's not a case of them doing the work and you weren't "happy" with it, they lied to you about the work they did. They falsly represented themselves AND the motor they put in your rig. They sold you an "HO motor", yet you got something that was clearly NOT an HO motor. They also botched the job and couldn't get it running right. They are supposed to be the "experts", not you. You should get a full refund. And I'm sure that any judge would see it that way also.

*EDIT* Also, you would be entitled to a"loss of use" of said vehicle while it was in their repair shop and also while it was in another repair shop.
