youll need some sort of electronic control. I think the 420A is a MAP based intake system. if tahts the case, itll flip out of the manifold pressure goes greater than atmospheric pressure or 0psi/0vaccum. So, youll need a voltage clamp to keep the MAP sensor from sending a signal to the ECU when boost occurs. then, youll need some sort of fuel control to add fuel as the boost comes on, cuz as far as the ECU knows, you are still NA and only adds what it THINKS is the right amount for fuel during 0psi/0vaccum, but thatll be too lean for any amount of boost.
but these are all assumptions based on the idea that the 420a is a MAP based intake system... and im pretty sure it is.
might want to check into whatever Hahn recommends for their turbo kits, and you could adapt the fuel managment to your own custom turbo setup for Neon's
