and yes, a safc will do what you are looking to do.
ka's run rich from the factory, putting those bigger injectors in would make it even more rich. you don't need bigger injectors, unless you
need them. just slapping bigger injectors on doesn't make any more power.
the ecu will make no difference. Might get yourself an automatic ecu, it will get rid of the fuel cut and what not. Not been able to prove the fuel maps being any better or way or another, its all hearsay...
