You're right the RB1 screen is small as hell. (I just like that look factory ) As far as the Jensen goes, I really do like it. For the install: With a generic wiring harness adapter there ends up being a lot of excess wiring in the stereo cavity, make sure you've got plenty of zip-ties around. I used the Wal-Mart mounting equpiment and am fairly pleased with the appearance. Now, on to function: The screen covers the HVAC controls, which isn't a BIG deal, I can still rotate the AC strength dial without an issue with the screen out. (I have huge hands too, so that says a lot.) So far it's recognized every disc I've put in it, and I have yet to have it skip or lock up on me because of heat. I would caution you that this unit does run pretty hot, so be careful not to block the fan in the rear of the unit, when you install it. The touch-screen is nice and bright, and it's fairly intuitive. Honestly for the number of features this thing brings to the table for that price, it's an astonishing value. So, yes, I would say I like it a great deal.
