you don't want power steering, especially the NA S5's version
save up for a TII then
it is WAY cheaper to just buy a TII then to try and build one
I still recommend learning how to drive the FC with the low power NA, you might be surprised at what the limits are on a FC with a good suspension setup and good tires.
Power is the last thing you need when your learning a new car.
