Unless you have a blown EJ205, the conversion is not worth it. Youll have better off-boost performance and driveability with the 2.5, but overall performance will be mostly equal.

While I do agree, if youre not putting a ton of boost through the engine the 2.5 will suit nicely.
The EJ22 is hot but Im partial to the 2.14 and 2.35 frankenstein engines people have started to put together.
