Explain that 255 thing to all the corvettes, camaros, firebirds, and likely mustangs that came factory with 275-285's on 9-9.5's.
Your offset doesnt apply to an S13, which was the original question, what would fit on stock bodied S13.

255-40-17 NT05 on a 17x9 +15, which is 3/10 of an inch smaller than an RT615
