Those 17x9 +30 rears do not require a pull. What that guy has is completely unnecessary, especially with his narrow 225-looking rears. I ran a 17x9 +35 rear on an S14 subframe which addes 5mm/side effectively giving me the same rim to body clearance. I ran 255/40's on there with only a lip roll and 1.8* of camber with no rubbing.

Those fronts are definitely on spacers. I ran 17x8.5+30's on JIC FLT-A1's (which are known to have a TON of clearance) and there was only 2-3mm of clearance with a 225. But it did rub due to tire deflection. It was also sunken battleship. I ran 10mm spacers with the 225's on completely stock fenders to flush it up. I also ran it with 15mm at one point when my 10's were on loan, which was still a mild fitment. Nowhere in these numbers would a 9+30 fit on coilovers. I think the JIC's run a 50mm ID spring. I later used 2.5" (63mm) I springs on a different setup and they were huge compared to the JIC assemblies, and ate up all my clearance.

Not arguing just for the sake, just sayin... I don't run crazy shit and my setups never have impressive numbers. I'm on 17x9 +22 all around on my S14 with 245/40's right now. That's hella weak by LOLOMGZILVIA standards, but I like it, and you'd approve, too.
The fronts on that car being on spacers doesnt surprise me, however the rears, with a 255 (still a bit small for a 9" wheel) are going to get into it with the quarter panel if you hit any decent bumps.

I also really dont see how you ended up with a 8.5+30 being sunken, when thats going to be 7mm closer to the outside of the car, than tims old R32 16x8+30's, unless by sunken, you mean able to have the suspension compressed and not cut the tire with the fender.
