When the Cobra was totaled we paid cash for my truck and 4 months later bought her Tiburon. Gas was at something like $4.20 gal and seemed like there was no end in sight. Figured with the 6 spd and 35 mpg it would be fun enough to not be boring and not kill us at the pump. Only had 18k on the clock and we jewed the dealer down from $12k to $10,2k out the door with transferable warranty,.. seemed like a good deal at the time. (Hyundai's have no resale value).

Its been a good car mechanically. My wifes runs the car pretty hard plus I've put it through its paces a few times. I drove it 2 weeks ago.. I got pissed at this old fart who cut over from the right lane to the far left lane that I was in and then only went 40 mph in a 50 zone,.. so I down shifted and zoomed around,.. thats when I discovered the clutch was slipping a lil,.. and I'm NOT looking forward to doing a clutch in this thing.
