I would have an active fan when the A/C is on, otherwise the

Does the power steering have a small tube that acts as a cooler?
I feel so stupid right now, I knew I had forgot to do something when I had added my coolant. I had forgot to burp the radiator lol. Well I drained it, added coolant, run the car with the heater on high and just let it burp like crazy! I just got done takin' it out for a drive from Brandon down to Ybor City and my temp didnt go above operating temp at all so I fixed that problem.
Yeah I already have my fans set to run all the time even with the key is on the on position so Im good on that.
Small tube on the power steering? Im not to sure what your talkin' bout on that one, I looked at it the best way I can and didnt see any attached tubes to it.. that I've noticed, pic?
Ima take a picture of my setup sooner or later and let you guys see my setup, right now Im runnin' the half-size radiator with the OEM fan (the left passenger side fan) and on the driver side its empty. I still have the driver side fan but I cant run it, like I cant have it propped up right enough to whether its not hittin' anything.
Also, I was plannin' on investing into those SPAL fans, how do they run? And is it possible to run a slim fan on the opposite side of the condenser?
