i wouldnt think it would be the TOB... i would be looking more along the lines of the clutch master cylinder... the TOB normaly sounds like grinding metal not a squeak...

It's not a hydraulic clutch, so no master cylinder.
It's most likely the pressure plate. A few of us have experienced similar sounds, including myself. I didn't hear it once I went to LT's and a full 3 inch exhaust on my old car though.
I wouldn't worry too much about it.
