As a tiny part of that aftermarket, I can say that it is definitely pricey. That being said, I'd rather charge more/pay more than run with NO margins and try to make it up on volume, a la the Honda scene. When you think about it, upgrading most turbo cars is expensive, due to all the complications brought about by forced induction.
