no. on forza 2 you have the option to swap in the RB26DETT. and when you purchase the swap it converts it to AWD. same with the 240 in the game; when you buy the RB it converts it to AWD. same with tons of other nissans in the game.

EDIT: but i do believe at one point nissan did attempt to make the 300zx AWD. but the engine sat up too high, not enough room for the A/c condenser, radiator etc..
