90's era 300zx

90's era 300zx
so this might make me sound like a complete idiot but whatever. so last night i was playing forza 2 for the 360 and i bought a 300zx and i looked at the engine/drivetrain options and found that it had a AWD option which makes me wonder, do 300zx come AWD?

no. on forza 2 you have the option to swap in the RB26DETT. and when you purchase the swap it converts it to AWD. same with the 240 in the game; when you buy the RB it converts it to AWD. same with tons of other nissans in the game.
EDIT: but i do believe at one point nissan did attempt to make the 300zx AWD. but the engine sat up too high, not enough room for the A/c condenser, radiator etc..

do you have a $hitload of money? your probably better off taking the money you would dump into that and buying a r32 or r33 GTR (or something or other)than attempting to do a AWD conversion on a 300. theres hardly any room in the engine bay as it is. so in the end, you could do it. but is it practical to convert the 300 to AWD? no.

tru,and no i dont have a shit load of money, sometimes i wish i did cause if i did i'd be rolling around in either a clean 4 rotor fc or a 800whp 300zx, and it was just a random thought, i have many of them with all aspect of cars. i just like to see what people think and their opinions are.

oh on forza it owns i was on last night and raced the ME412 chrysler's super car and i walked all over it at nissans oval track, it was pretty B.A. i wonder if there is a AWD z32tt out there

IIRC im pretty sure it was done at a tuning company in japan once. don't know much about it or the work that was involved in it but im pretty sure theres was tons. i would love to see an actual build of it though. would be pretty interesting...
