Thanks for the help, here's what I got, I've tried 3 axles so far, I have inspected all the splines and they look good, I haven't checked the depth but I will tonight. This differental with other axles has sealed flush, so I know somethig is not right, plus I think it's binding. I'm typing this on my phone so it's hard to explain, but I'm going to mess with it some more after work
