For your purposes, it will mainly depend on which subs you go with because you want to match up the impedance of the sub(s) with whatever a corresponding amp can handle. If you have two single 4 ohm subs on a mono amp, you will have a 2 ohm load at the amp; if you have those same subs on a 2 channel amp, you will have two individual 4 ohm loads (one sub per channel). If my earlier posts are confusing, then don't worry about how to wire dual voice coil yet other than the bottom line that your final ohm load needs to match that of your amp, be it 2 channel or mono.

I understand that you filtered the results on that site by selecting mono amps, but that is still a two channel. Even the ratings they list say "Continuous power (RMS) of 200W X 2." One of the million reasons you can't trust these no-name internet retailers, because I guarantee they have plenty of people buy it thinking it is a "900w" mono as they state and are stuck with an amp that they can't return and that won't work with their subs. Shops are around to help you and if they're not helpful then find a new shop. It's sad to see incompetence killing the industry as much as it is--many of those people who get screwed by internet retailers give up on car electronics because of one or two bad experiences that a little knowledgeable help and a proper installation would have easily avoided.
