When a rotary "blows" it is usually only seals. Unless you're an idiot and you drive it around without coolant/oil and you warp a rotor and rotor housing. Rotaries WILL run with a blown seal. In this case, I'm talking about your basic everyday blown rotary. So here you are,your day has been made.
