without at least providing pictures, no one can really tell you what a car is worth. forget the rims, and all of the flashy add ons. they are just that, flashy. if the car hasn't been maintained properly, which most rotaries have NOT, then it's not worth much at all.
it's an s4 model, so it's lower power off the bat. i think you may have meant GXL, not gsl, so that means it's 5 lug with 4pot calipers. so that's a bonus. just like any old car, you need to check it over for problems. let the car get to normal operating temps, and see if it has trouble starting when it's hot. we have stickies regarding upkeep and things to look out for. i suggest you do some research.
