The poll has ended at the date will be Sept. 12 from 7:00 to midnight with the gates opening at 6:00 p.m..

Please read the following about getting in to the new event date:

1. If you were on the other pre-paid list (see this forum for list) you are all set to race.

2. If you paid at the gate before the rain you NEED TO PM ME RIGHT NOW so I can verify your payment with the tech cards from the track.

3. If you paid as a spectator at the gate you are all set and need that ticket stub to get back in. PM me if you lost it.

4. If you want to pre-pay for the new date do it before SEPTEMBER 9th. I am cutting it off at 70 - 75 cars so it is your choice if you want to risk paying at the gate.

Just a little FYI for everyone. I PM'd all of the people that pre-paid for the first event to get there reaction since this poll got so big. The winner again was the Friday, Sept 12 date. (I have all the PM's if you would like them.) Not that this would have changed the poll if it was different, but I wanted to make sure everything was fair.

As mentioned you have 3 weeks to plan for this. So you have plenty of time to get off of work a hour early to get to the track if you need it. Just remember we are going to midnight so you will have plenty of time to get there and make tons of runs if you don't get out of work early.

Personally I voted for the later date mainly for weather reasons. But look at it this way, if we get rained out again (please God no ) you already know what the make-up date will be.

This make up date stuff has been a nightmare for me since I try to be fair to everyone and this seemed to be the best way to do it so hopefully everyone feels the same.

There was a lot of hype building up to the last date, hopefully it will be the same for this one. So make your plans (again ) and get ready to rumble on Friday, September 12 !
