The voltage regulator for the A-1000 fixed my fuel cooling problem. It runs on low speed until it needs full speed (I set mine to 3000 rpm) and then it kicks in. If it's running full speed during regular driving, it keeps heating the fuel up everytime it recirculates. Doesn't take long to get it nice and hot.
