I would always want both. A dyno tune, unless done on a load dyno will only be able to accurately tune WOT pulls. A street tune get everything in the middle much better and makes sure that the car will run in street conditions. I would always tune my AFRs on the street first then move in to the dyno and go for power with ignition timing and small afr corrections.

Making a car run just like stock is a longer process than just a couple hours on a dyno.
