what are the torque specs for the pressure plate? or the flywheel? any tips on how to unbolt/bolt the flywheel so you aren't just spinning the motor? other than using an impact gun....

I'd replace the pilot bushing...Your in there so why not? Just one less thing to worry about. idk bout the cleaning of the clutch plate or the torque specs but an easier way to take off the flywheel bolts, theres a tool for that. I've used it on all my trucks. Heres a pic...
