replacing the clutch on my s13, and I've got some questions

Do you need to/should replace the pilot bushing? or is it one of those, if it ain't broke, don't fix it things?

Can you clean the clutch plate? Its been sitting out for a bit. It isn't greasy or anything like that, its just been handled as its been moved around. I was thinking brake cleaner...

what are the torque specs for the pressure plate? or the flywheel? any tips on how to unbolt/bolt the flywheel so you aren't just spinning the motor? other than using an impact gun....
