Chrysler isn't going away right now, only filing Chapter 11 to seek shelter from creditors. Now they can try to reorganize and get things straightened out. they are partnering up with Fiat. Hopefully Fiat can help to right the ship.
Chrysler is still honoring warranties. Not too much will change as far as that is concerned.
