I had my fun with the 4.6's. I'll eventually go back to one. But the 302/351 is so much easier to work on inside the engine bay then the 4.6 was. As soon as her Tiburon is paid off Lady Hurst has her heart set on a 94/95 Cobra. Cody's car would be ideal with the black interior. But we simply can not afford it right now with me taking classes and still out of work.
For what it is,.. the 4.6 is a pretty stout engine. I mean its only 281ci. The bore center is so small its really amazing it makes the power it does. Hell Nascar never touched it and stayed with a Clevor design that dated back to the early 70's. Wasnt until recently that Ford went with a new engine design,.. and sadly,.. I doubt that block will ever see a production vehicle.
