I think you are jumping to conclusions that because Porsche, Ferrari, Lambo, etc. have the same supplier the parts are interchangeable. Some parts may be but the systems are not direct replacements for one another.
Brembo is a major player and supplies lotsa manufacturers. Vipers have Brembos too but I assure you they are not the same as Ferrari.
