I had a ram air cold air on a true street car that was a dialy driver... rain and all. Still makes no sense. Hell one of the first upgrades, granite n/a, is a cold air intake on most performance vehicles that has aftermarket parts out there. I can see not allowing a huge hole in the bumper cover, there is other ways to source outside air, but they allow them to run air to water IC's? Whoever thought of these rules obviously never had a boosted car.
