I puttin in $20 saying that he contacts omni power telling them that he got a bad tps first and then changes out the clutch because it may be binding up at 2k rpm and keeping him from accelerating but when he floors it the insane power of the lsvtec overcomes the binding clutch and allows it to rev all the way up

Ok enough with being an ass...yes the TPS can do that and all you have to do is ohm it and make sure it is set correctly. My bet is that you didn't install it correctly. Also, check over timing again and have SOMEONE ELSE check it without you telling them what you got and compare your findings. I am saying it that way so you can rule out timing. And as for the IAC, you should make certain you have the right plug hooked up to it and that the IAC isn't bad. Maybe that is way it was unplugged in the first place.

And this is a shot in left field but if your running a tuned ecu maybe the tuner didn't realize the IAC was out of there and compensated for it in the maps? I dunno if that is possible but I'm just going to throw it out there.
