Just got done speaking with one of the owners of the track and they are being very accommodating and appreciate everyone’s positive responses so far.

Here are the three potential dates that we need to vote on. I will end the poll this Friday (August 22). Whichever date gets the most wins. ( CAST YOUR VOTE AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE )

A few things to keep in mind about the dates, first off this is literally all they have available until November and the only potential conflict I see is with the World Street Shootout in Orlando on the same date in October. I figure this will only affect a few of you but I do not have many options as you will see.

The first date would be a FRIDAY NIGHT instead of a Saturday night. And that date is Friday, September 12th from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. with the gate opening at 6:00 p.m.. We are going later in the evening on this date to give extra time to get home from work and to the track.

The second date is Saturday, October 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. Gates open at 8:00 a.m.. Keep in mind this would be a day event and October is usually much cooler and is the second driest month of the year.

The third and final date would also be on Saturday, October 11th but at night from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with gates opening at 5:00 p.m.. The same cooler weather and less chance of rain applies to this date.

Please only vote if you are racing or planning on attending.

This is all we have to choose from so please save your breath about any other dates or conflicts at this point.

I will re-open the pre-pay option for a few weeks to allow more people a guaranteed spot. The cap will be around 70 racers for the entire event.
