Might i recommend a set up that works excellent for me... Skunk2 adjustable coilovers with Koni Yellow adjustable struts. I have it on a 92 hatchback. The ride is quite civil (given I have the Integra version of the coilovers) with the Koni's on full soft. And when I autocross or do some "spirited driving", they give me the stiffness I need. Plus, the ride height is adjustable. In my opinion, I've found the balance between sport adjustability and daily driveability. Just don't slam your car like most of the Hondas. Give yourself some suspension travel. I have a nice lowered height, but I rarely scrape the front lip and go over train tracks with ease! Hope my experience is worth something.
